Emma Breaden MRCVS
Emma joined us in July 2007, she is based at our Halifax surgery.Having graduated with a BSc in Animal Science at Leeds University she went on to qualify from Liverpool Veterinary School in 2004.
She spent her first 2 years in mixed practice in Yorkshire which she thoroughly enjoyed. Since then she has decided to specialise in small animal work and surprisingly has not missed the farm calls to calvings at 3am! She enjoys all aspects of her job but her main interests are small animal internal medicine and cardiology. She hopes to study for her medicine certificate in the near future.
Emma lives in Halifax with her partner John, 2 dogs (Shankly and Brooke)
and 6 chickens! They have recently bought a house in Halifax which they
are busy rennovating.During her time off she enjoys socialising with friends,
walking with the dogs, weekends away in their campervan, cooking , gardening
and holidays abroad.
