We would just like to say a big thank you to Emma and the staff at West mount vets for looking after Hollie when she is sick .They are so kind and look after her REALLY well Thank you

When my hubby took Rosie to the vets I was in hospital, Chris spoke to me on Ric's mobile and told me it would be kinder to let Rosie sleep, I got discharged in record time, and held Rosie together with my husband till she passed, it was a very emotional time, but Chris gave us that time to say goodbye. He didnt rush us and for that we are eternally grateful. I would like to say thank you Chris for the kind way you dealt with Rosie and put up with my blubbering. Thank you

Just wanted to say that, following our first visit to the Huddersfield practice today with our 13 year old pussycat - that I was bowled over by the care and attention Lizanne gave to our little "Ruby".

In as many years I've never before come across a vet that knows how to put our cat (whose hate of vets is second only to vacuum cleaners) at ease. Some people may not think that a kind word and few biscuits is the most important service the vet provides, but I can tell you that that is exactly why we changed vets.

Thanks for great service and a very caring attitude.

P.S. Do you do Vacuum Cleaners too?

Max has serious health problems and been through surgery several times. He is an old man (he's nearly 14) and needs a lot of medication. Chris and Caroline Hewison at the Elland branch have been fantastic with him, he actually enjoys being there for all the cuddles and attention. All the nurses are fantastic, and special thanks to Charlotte (who has now left) she looked after Max post op......

Having a vet who gives a damn means the world to us. Thank you, you have done a fantastic job of keeping my Max as happy as he can be.
