To qualify for the IIP award we have proved the following:

order to achieve our aims and objectives.

it is that we need to do to achieve them.

We develop our staff effectively in order to improve
the performance of the organisation.

We understand the impact of the investment in people
on the development of the organisation.
Once awarded the standard we undergo a review around every 3 years in
order that we retain recognition. This practice achieved the standard
in 1999 and we continue to hold this prestigous title.
